You shall not place any content on your profile which is illegal, racist, abusive, offensive, or obviously contravenes the concept and spirit of Australian Escorts .org.
You may only place photos on your profile to which you hold distribution and publishing rights.
You shall not contravene any copyrights as a consequence of photos you place on your profile.
Any photos which may be reasonably presumed to be a photo of you, must be a photo of you, or there must be a clear statement saying that the photo is not actually a photo of you, but merely a resemblance of you,
If your profile includes a link to your own private website, you are required to place on that website a banner linking back to Australian Escorts .org.
Australian Escorts .org reserves all rights to decline approval of profiles.

Australian Escorts .org will not be held responsible for the content that you place on your profile.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the relevant advertising and related regulations in your jurisdiction.
If you contravene advertising and related regulations in your jurisdiction, then you agree to be held liable for any regulatory or infringement costs incurred, legal or otherwise, as a result of the content that you place on your profile.
You agree to indemnify Australian Escorts .org of any regulatory or infringement costs incurred, legal or otherwise, as a result of the content that you place on your profile.

The subscription service for listing profiles is billed on a monthly basis and is pre-paid in advance. Services commence only after payment has cleared.
Payments are refundable within 7 days or before the start of the billing period the payment is for, whichever is later. You may ask for a refund if you are not satisfied, or you change your mind, or for any other reason. It will be honoured. No justifications necessary.
After the 7 days, or if the billing period the payment is for has commenced, the payment is no longer refundable in part or in full.
You may cancel the service by notifying us at any time, or by choosing not to make any further payments.
If you cancel the service in the middle of a billing period, there is no refund for any unused portion of the billing period. You may ask for refunds for billing periods after the current billing period.
If a profile has not been paid for, it may be unlisted or disabled at any time. To re-enable a profile, please log in and then send us an email through the contact page.
